"I have personally had two significant things happen with my home over the last 3 months. First, my heater heating unit quit. And it was during that weekend we were having subzero temperatures so it was the absolute worst time for something like that to happen. I called the emergency after hours number at midnight because the cold woke me up. The emergency technician was at my house within 30 minutes. He brought me several space heaters until they could get the replacement unit that following day. They had to replace the entire unit, and it took 3 of them due to the cold. I was so grateful!! And then tonight, my hot water heater died. I called and within less than 30 minutes the emergency after hours tech mission was at my house. He showed me what had happened where my hot water heater had died, drove back to the building and brought back a replacement water heater. I am so appreciative of everybody over there, but especially the technicians and the emergency crew. You guys are so awesome!! Thank you for everything you do!"
